Booking Terms and Conditions:

  1. Reservation Policy:

    • All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance.

    • Reservations must be made by individuals over the age of 18.
       

  2. Payment Policy:

    • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

    • We accept major credit/debit cards and cash payments.
       

  3. Cancellation Policy:

    • All accommodation purchases are non-refundable.

    • Date Changes: subject to availability, there is flexibility for one date change to your booking for another day of equal or higher value.
       

  4. Check-In/Check-Out Policy:

    • CHECK-IN:  1:00pm Campground / 2:00pm Cottages

    • CHECK-OUT: 10:00am Cottages / 11:00am Campground
       

  5. Campground Rules:

    • Campfires are only allowed in designated areas and must be attended at all times

    • Fire Ban Season October to April - Restrictions Apply

    • Quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.

    • All Guest must register/check-in at the office unless after hours / contactless procedures apply.
       

  6. Liability:

    • The campground is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property.
       

    • RISK WARNING - Park Management wishes to warn all patrons who engage in activities on or in the vicinity of Coodlie Park Eco Retreat, that the pursuit of such activities may involve the risk of harm and/or serious personal injury, including death. Prior to  undertaking any such activities, all occupants, guest and/or other persons should be fully satisfied that they are aware of all risks involved, including those risks associated with any pre-existing medical conditions. All persons who engage in activities, recreational or otherwise on the premises, do so at their own risk. Children and infants must  be supervised by an adult at all times. By entering our park, it is accepted that all activities including recreational activities are not free from risk and that park management is not liable for any loss, damages or injury arising from such activities. Upon entry it is also agreed that park management, owners, employees and/or agents are indemnified against all claims for injury, loss, damages or theft of property.
       

    • Secluded beach access is 'at your own risk'. Please note: there is a 40m climb down the rocks to get to the beach. Please be aware that tides change all the time and that freak waves can occur at any time. Be Careful
       

  7. Code of Conduct:

    • Guests are expected to respect other campers and campground property.

    • Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
       

  8. Amendments:

    • The campground reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions as needed.
       

By making a reservation, you agree to comply with the above terms and conditions in full.

Shipping Policy

  • Shipping Locations: We offer worldwide shipping for all orders placed on our online store.

  • Delivery Time: Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

  • Shipping Cost: Shipping charges will vary depending on the destination and the weight of the package.


The final shipping cost will be displayed at the checkout.

  • Customs and Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied by their respective countries.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Shipping Providers: We partner with reliable carriers to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your order.

Note: Shipping times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, including natural disasters or postal strikes.

Returns Policy:

We at Coodlie Park Eco Retreat strive for your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely pleased with your online purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note the following guidelines:

Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Please ensure that the items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned items.

 

We do not accept returns on personalized or customized items unless there is a defect or error on our part.
