Booking Terms and Conditions
Reservation and Cancellation Policy:

All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance.

All accommodation purchases are non-refundable.

Date Changes are subject to availability. If the guest cancels there is flexibility for one accommodation date change to another date of equal or leser value.

Reservations must be made by individuals over the age of 18. A valid form of Identification and the Credit Card used for booking must be presented upon arrival. Rights Reserved to Copy.

Deposits for cottages; will be charged as per follows $100.00 card-charge or $150.00 cash payment. Deposit will be refunded upon satisfactory check-out and returned via original payment method. Card refunds will appear in 3-5 business days, please talk to your bank for more information on refund waiting times.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Campground Rules:

Campfires are only allowed in designated areas and must be attended at all times

Fire Ban Season October to April - Restrictions Apply

Quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.

All Guest must check-in at the office unless after hours - then All Guest must sign in via the QR-Code and follow the contactless procedure as follows.
Liability and Risk Warning

Activities may involve natural risks including uneven terrain, low lighting, wildlife and changing weather. Guests with medical conditions should seek advice from a healthcare professional before taking part
Risk Warning
Park Management wishes to warn all patrons who engage in activities on or in the vicinity of ​Coodlie Park Eco Retreat, that the pursuit of such activities may involve the risk of harm and/or serious personal injury, including death. Prior to undertaking any such activities, all occupants, guest and/or other persons should be fully satisfied that they are aware of all risks involved, including those risks associated with any pre-existing medical conditions.
All persons who engage in activities, recreational or otherwise on the premises, do so at their own risk. Children and infants must be supervised by an adult at all times. By entering our park, it is accepted that all activities including recreational activities are not free from risk and that park management is not liable for any loss, damages or injury arising from such activities.

Upon entry it is also agreed that park management, owners, employees and/or agents are indemnified against all claims for injury, loss, damages or theft of property.

Secluded beach access is 'at your own risk'. Please note: there is a 40m climb down the rocks to get to the beach. Please be aware that tides change all the time and that freak waves can occur at any time.

Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate eviction without a refund.

These terms and conditions apply to all ticketed events, including but not limited to stargazing tours, workshops and special events at Coodlie Park Eco Retreat.

Booking Policy

You must be 18 years or older to purchase tickets

Children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times during events

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All Tickets are non-refundable

This is a Weather-Dependent Event and is subject to suitable weathers conditions. If cloud cover, rain, or strong wind makes stargazing impossible, we will offer the guests a modified-show, a rescheduled or the choice of a credit voucher.
Customer Cancellations:

Within 72 hours or No-shows: No refund.
Changes or Rescheduling
If you'd like to change your booking to another available date, please contact us at least 72 hours prior to the event start time. Changes are subject to availability.
Ticket Conditions

All attendees must have a valid ticket.

Family Pass includes 2 adults and up to 2 children (ages 5–15). Extra children must be booked individually.

Under 5s are free but must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Tickets are non-transferable to other guests without prior approval.
Weather Updates
In the event of poor visibility or unsuitable weather, updates will be sent via email and/or SMS by 3:00 PM on the day of the event.
Guest Responsibilities

Please dress warmly, wear enclosed shoes, and bring a head torch (red light preferred).

Arrive 15 minutes early to check in and get comfortable.

Respect the dark-sky environment — keep noise and light to a minimum during stargazing.
Event Conduct and Safety

Guests must follow the instructions of Coodlie Park staff and tour facilitators at all times

Stargazing and night events take place in natural outdoor settings
Please wear warm clothing, enclosed shoes and bring a torch -
Walking may involve low light and uneven ground. Participation is at your own risk

Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times
